How do I show my Instagram posts in the Shop app?
To use this feature, make sure you have the Shop app installed from the Shopify App Store.
With Instafeed - Instagram feed, photos and videos from your Instagram can appear in the 'Try something new' section on the Shop app through Instafeed Explorer. This gives your brand organic exposure to millions of shoppers, who can buy directly from your posts.
How it works
Your newest post with tagged products from your main feed automatically appears on Instafeed Explorer - no setup needed. If you don’t have any tagged products, your newest post is shown instead.
To disable the Shop App channel:
- In your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Instafeed > Channels.
- Turn off Enabled.
How to make posts shoppable on Shop
With the Pro and Plus plans, you can make your posts shoppable on Shop by tagging products in your main feed using the Instafeed app.

Common questions
- Why isn’t my feed showing on my Shop store?
This feature doesn't display your Instagram feed on your Shop store. Instead, it shows photos & videos from your Instagram in Shop's Instafeed Explorer, allowing you to reach millions of shoppers organically.
- Can I show posts from secondary feeds on the Shop app?
Only posts from your main feed in Instafeed appear on the Shop app. Posts from secondary feeds can't be displayed on Shop.
