My TikTok feed is no longer showing. What can I do?

Typically, this happens when TikTok disconnects your account from our app.


To resolve this:

  • Go to Shopify > Apps > Juniper - TikTok Feed.
  • Click Connect with TikTok to reconnect your TikTok account.
