How can I change the Instagram account connected with Meta for Business?

Follow these steps to change the Instagram account connected to Instafeed - Instagram Feed with Meta for Business.

Option A - If your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook page managed by the same Facebook profile

• Go to Shopify > Apps > Instafeed.

• Use the dropdown menu to select a different Facebook page, linked to the Instagram account you want to show.

Option B - If your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook page managed by a different Facebook profile

• Go to www.facebook.com on your desktop browser and log out.

• Log in on Facebook on your browser. You need to log in with the login details of a personal profile that manages the Facebook page you want to connect.

• Go back to Shopify > Apps > Instafeed. Connect your account using Meta for Business, and grant the required permissions.

• Choose the Facebook page linked to the Instagram account that you want to show.

• Ensure that the Instagram username corresponds to the account you want to show.
