I can't see all posts or it looks like the app is not updating
Here are the most common reasons:
- Posts with copyrighted content (such as songs) are not allowed by Instagram to be shared outside their platform.
- While these songs are permissible within the Instagram platform itself (as Instagram secures the necessary rights), they cannot be displayed externally, such as in your store. This is a standard policy to respect and protect copyright laws.
- Collaborative posts are only available when you are the original author of the post.
- If you are added as a collaborator on a post and not the original author, the post won't be available on the Instagram API as part of your own posts.
- However, with our Plus plan, you can display collaborative posts where you have been tagged on Instagram. Read our guide below for more details on how to show tagged posts on you feed.
