How can I upload my own files to Instafeed? (alternative method)
Creating feeds with uploaded files (images and videos) is available on our Plus plan only.
This guide is an alternative method to upload files to Instafeed in case you are having trouble with the default one.
Upload files to Shopify
- To upload files to show on your feed, go to Shopify > Content > Files.
Important note: For the files to show up on your feed, make sure the file name includes the word "instafeed". For example, name your file "my-file-1-instafeed.jpg” before uploading it.
- Click Upload files and select the files to upload.
- Go to Shopify > Apps > Instafeed > Files.
- The uploaded files that contain instafeed on their name will appear under Files.
