How to set up my account for Meta for Business

Follow these steps to set up your Instagram account to connect with Meta for Business.

Step 1 - Connect Instagram account to Facebook business page

To connect your Instagram account using Meta for Business, your Instagram account must be connected to a Facebook Business Page. If you already have a Facebook Page, follow these instructions from Meta to connect it to your Instagram account.

To verify that your Instagram account is connected to a Facebook Page:

• Login on Facebook and click on the Page.

• Click Settings & privacy > Settings.

• Under Permissions, click Linked accounts.

• If your Instagram account is linked to the Page, it will appear under Linked accounts.

Step 2 - Connect using Meta for Business

• Login on Facebook on your browser. You need to login with the details of a Facebook personal account that has access to the Page. To check or edit people’s access to a Facebook Page, read this guide from Meta.
