How can I create a feed with posts where my account was tagged?
The option to show posts from accounts that tagged you on Instagram is available on our Plus plan only.
To show posts where you have been tagged on Instagram, go to the Shopify > Apps > Instafeed / Instagram Feed configuration page.
On “Posts to show”, select one of the following options (you need to connect your account with Meta for Business to use both options):
“Tagged posts” - if you want to create a feed with only posts where your account was tagged
"Instagram tagged posts and uploaded files" - if you want to create a feed with tagged posts and uploaded files (learn more about uploaded files here)
Press "Save”.
With the Plus plan, you can also manually select which posts will be displayed on the feed. Go to the Shopify > Apps > Instafeed / Instagram Feed configuration page. Under “Preview” select “Hide posts”.
After selecting the posts you want to hide/show by clicking on them, go back to Preview by hitting the “Show Settings” button. Press “Save”.
