I can't see all posts or it looks like the app is not updating

Please find the most common reasons below:

1. Posts with copyrighted content (such as songs) are not allowed by Instagram to be shared outside their platform. While these songs are permissible within the Instagram platform itself (as Instagram secures the necessary rights), they cannot be displayed externally, such as in your store. This is a standard policy to respect and protect copyright laws.

2. Collaborative posts are only available in the Pro and Plus plans when you connect with Meta for Business and are the original author of the post. To display collaborative posts connect your account using Meta for Business.

1. If you are added as a collaborator on a post and not the original author, unfortunately, the post won't be available on the Instagram API as part of your own posts. However, using our Plus plan, you can display collaborative posts where you have been tagged by choosing the 'Tagged posts' option under 'Posts to show'.
